Return Policy

Ordered the wrong product or not satisfied with your purchase? If you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you want to return your purchase, you can!

To do this, send an e-mail to info@groep24.be with the following information:

• your name
• your order number
• Your address
• The reason why you want to return your order

We will provide you with a shipping label to return the order. When the order is back to us, we check if it is complete and undamaged. If this is the case, we will refund the full purchase amount minus the costs for the return shipment to your account.

You can also take care of the return shipment yourself. In this case, we will refund the full purchase amount to your account.
